We process your data within the  European Economic Area. This means that we also storeyour data within the EEA. Data submitted via our website is processed within the US via our hosting provider Webflow. Webflow is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. This is according the EU Regulation 2016/679.

You can submit your request or complaint to us by sending a mail to privacy@incontrolhub.com. We process every request or complaintwithin 30 days. If you submit multiple applications or complaints or if yousubmit a complex requerst or complaint, this may take more time. In that case,we will contact you within 60 days at the latest. We may ask you toidentify yourself. In that case, we will ask you to submit certaininformation to ensure that you are the correct person whose personal datais.
