When you fill in a form on our website, the data you enter (such as your name, company name, email address, and message) is transmitted directly to our service provider Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH) via a secure iframe. Webflow does not access or store these form submissions.

We process your data within the European Economic Area. This means that we also store your data within the EEA. Data submitted via our website is processed within the US via our hosting provider Webflow. Webflow is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. This is according the EU Regulation 2016/679.
Data that you submit through our contact or download forms is stored and processed within the European Union by Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH). Brevo operates under GDPR-compliant terms, and your data remains within EU jurisdiction. Webflow continues to host the website and may collect limited technical data (such as IP addresses or browser information) for operational and security purposes.

We have done a lot to protect your data as well as possible, both organisationally and technically. If you submit multiple applications or complaints or if you submit a complex request or complaint, this may take more time. In that case, we will contact you within 60 days at the latest. We may ask you to identify yourself. In that case, we will ask you to submit certain information to ensure that you are the correct person whose personal details.
